1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by rp10k, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rp10k.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the rp10k platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets or wagers.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To create an account and use the services provided by rp10k, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. rp10k strictly enforces this age restriction to comply with Indonesian gambling regulations and international responsible gaming standards. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, funds forfeited, and all winnings voided.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are creating an account on behalf of another person or entity, you must have explicit legal authorization to do so.

3.3 Residency and Jurisdiction

You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the rp10k platform. Users attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or prohibited are strictly forbidden from using our services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the rp10k platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on rp10k, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and payment details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

4.3 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or that your login credentials have been stolen, you must immediately notify rp10k customer support. rp10k will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

rp10k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp10k accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including but not limited to bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may be imposed based on account verification status and transaction history.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI) are typically processed instantly. Other payment methods may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. Withdrawal processing times vary: BCA, BRI, and BNI withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Other banks may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take longer to process.

5.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from sources that cannot be verified as legitimately belonging to you will be returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Users must complete any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. rp10k reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal delays if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected.

5.6 Transaction Fees

Bank transfer deposits incur no fees. E-wallet deposits are subject to a 2% processing fee. rp10k does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees which are beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available exclusively to eligible Users as determined by rp10k at our sole discretion. Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to abide by all applicable bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) which must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

The rp10k welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 20,000) is available only to new Users making their first deposit. This bonus has a 10x wagering requirement on the combined bonus and deposit amount and must be wagered within 30 days of activation. Only one welcome bonus per User, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

rp10k reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse or fraudulent activity has occurred. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity intended to circumvent bonus restrictions.

6.5 Bonus Cancellation

rp10k reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may be withdrawn from User accounts if terms are violated or if the User requests account closure before completing wagering requirements.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the rp10k platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced by rp10k or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

7.2 Betting Rules

Users must comply with the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or betting market. Rules are available in the game information sections and must be reviewed before placing bets. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, rp10k's decision is final and binding.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of technical malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or system failure, rp10k reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Users must report technical issues immediately upon discovery. Continued play after discovering an error may result in voided winnings.

7.4 Live Betting

For live sports betting and live casino games, odds and availability may change rapidly based on real-time events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed in our system. Transmission delays may occur; rp10k is not responsible for delays or connection interruptions that may affect your ability to place bets.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp10k platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds and winnings:

• Fraud and Deception: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or any fraudulent means to deposit funds or claim bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hole cards in poker, or engaging in chip dumping.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds across multiple platforms or taking advantage of odds errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the rp10k platform to transfer, disguise, or launder funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent betting limits.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the rp10k platform.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing other players or customer support staff, using offensive language, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While rp10k strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. rp10k is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. rp10k does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

9.3 Third-Party Services

rp10k uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and service partners. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party services. Disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall rp10k's total liability to any User exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User into their rp10k account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rp10k holds its primary gaming license. Where conflicts arise between jurisdictions, the laws most favorable to dispute resolution shall apply.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and rp10k, the User must first contact rp10k customer support to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to our licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

10.3 Final Authority

rp10k's decision on all gameplay, betting, and account-related matters is final. By using the platform, you agree that rp10k has sole discretion in interpreting and applying these Terms and Conditions.
